Information on the processing of personal data

With this information on the processing of personal data (“Information Notice”), drafted pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, the“Privacy Policy “), Sublitex S.r.l, as autonomous data controller (the“Data Controller“), informs you that it will process the personal data provided by you (the“Data“) in order to allow you to receive commercial, informative, promotional and/or advertising material (“Newsletter“).
We also inform you that Miroglio Group has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are as follows: Miroglio Group – Data Protection Officer, Via S. Barbara 11, 12051 – Alba (CN), Italy, email: dpo@miroglio.com.

1. Origin and type of Data processed.
The Data Controller will process the following categories of Data directly provided by you: a) personal and identification data; b) contact data.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
The Data Controller will process your Data solely for the purpose of sending periodic Newsletters.
The processing of your Data for the above purpose is a necessary requirement for the sending of Newsletters and, consequently, if you do not consent, you will not be able to receive such Newsletters.

3. Methods of Data Processing
Data processing and processing will take place within the European Union by means of manual and electronic tools, according to logics strictly related to the above-mentioned purpose, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data in compliance with the Privacy Regulations.

4. Retention of Data
Your Data may be retained until you revoke your consent to the processing following your decision to no longer wish to receive the Newsletters. Revocation may be exercised at any time, including through the appropriate “unsubscribe” procedure at the bottom of each Newsletter.

5. Communication of Data
Data may be communicated to companies belonging to the Miroglio group or to external parties that may be qualified as data processors or sub-processors, for activities strictly related to the purposes indicated above, such as by way of example: communication and marketing services, technical and administrative help desk.

6. Rights
Pursuant to the Privacy Regulations, you have the following rights and faculties with regard to your Data: a) right to be informed of the purposes and methods of processing; b) access; c) updating and rectification; d) deletion, anonymization or blocking; e) objection to processing; f) revocation of consent; g) portability; h) restriction of processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. Amendments and Updates to the Policy
The Owner may amend, supplement and/or update, in whole or in part, this Policy, including in consideration of future changes that may occur to the Privacy Policy. It is understood that any changes, additions or updates will be communicated to you in a timely and punctual manner through the electronic or paper means deemed most appropriate by the Controller.
